Our Mission Statement

It is the mission and purpose of Harley’s Angels Cat Rescue Inc. to reduce the homeless cat population in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. To accomplish this mission, we will work to educate residents, conduct TNVR (trap-neuter-vaccinate-release), and provide food, shelter, and medical care to homeless cats. We will also assist abandoned cats that have become part of the homeless population through veterinary care and monitored adoptions.

Our intent is to be available whenever possible to help individuals or businesses manage homeless cats on their property or under their care.  We aim to demonstrate that homeless cats matter, furthermore that their lives and basic needs matter.

As part of our education platform, we will provide the community with information on the importance of nutritious food, clean water, and how to provide low-cost shelters for feral cats. We will also educate the public on the importance of TNVR (trap-neuter-vaccinate-release) and provide information on sterilizing and vaccinating companion cats—two key components of controlling the feral cat population. We will achieve this through our website, social media, sponsoring low-cost spay/neuter clinics, and participating in community events.

About Us

We are a 100% volunteer-run cat rescue.

Our funding comes from donations, fundraisers, and grants.

Currently, we do not have a physical location, but we hope to establish one as we grow.

We rely on foster homes to house cats and kittens in need of veterinary care or preparation for adoption.

We are located in Beaver County, PA, with our Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations from Aliquippa, PA.

In the area, we actively care for a feral cat colony.

Our mission is to reduce cat and kitten overpopulation and homelessness through TNVR, education, and adoption.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit rescue organization.

Our Story

Harley's Angels Cat Rescue, Inc. underwent a dramatic change in the summer of 2023.  Original founding members of Rescue decided to retire. Luckily for the rescue new leadership was chosen to step up and continue the mission of reducing the number of homeless cats in Beaver County. We come from a variety of backgrounds but we all have one thing in common, the love of animals and their welfare. Some of us are seasoned trappers or have been fostering or volunteering with other organizations for years. While some of us are new to rescue but excited to be here and help however we can.  We're excited to change and grow the rescue to meet the needs of the cats in our community. We look forward to showing you all what we're able to accomplish and who we are and why our hearts are devoted to our rescue mission.

Please note:

Harley’s Angels Cat Rescue, Inc. does not provide assistance to owned pet cats, nor do we offer removal or relocation services for community cats.
