Help Our TNR Program

Our Story
Harley's Angels Cat Rescue, Inc., is a tribute to my Maine Coon, Harley, who was rescued from a cattery where he was used as a stud for 5 years.  He lost his battle with oral cancer on August 7, 2014.
Janalee Wagner and I, saw the need to help a feral colony on public property that was scheduled for extermination by the property owners.  We approached the owners with a plan to trap the cats, spay/neuter and continue to care for them.  We promised the owners the cat population would be reduced by finding homes for the many kittens and the friendly cats.  We also promised that the cats would not roam the property as nuisances and the breeding would stop.  We kept our promise, and within a year the colony was down to 15 cats that no longer roamed the property, begging for food and constantly having kittens.  The colony has maintained the 15 cats and we still care for them on a daily basis by providing them with shelters, feeding stations and food.
We are dedicated to reducing the feral cat population and the number of homeless cats in Beaver County, Pennsylvania through TNR (trap, neuter, return) and through supervised adoptions.  Through grant funding, we work closely with our community and offer free spay and neuter clinics for pets in lower income households and free clinics for stray and feral cats.  (Check our  Event page  for further details)

All cats and kittens will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed, flea treated, and tested for FIV and FeLV or Feline Leukemia prior to being placed into their new home.  Adopters are required to complete a screening process, which includes reference checks and a home visit.

Harley’s Angels Cat Rescue, Inc. does not provide assistance to owned pet cats, nor do we provide removal/relocation services to community cats.

We are always in need of food and monetary donations.  Please visit our Donation page for further information.  Click here

We are in need of committed foster homes willing to socialize cats and kittens so they can be placed up for adoption.
